The setup is CUCM 11.5 and CUPS server for Jabber users.

Basically THese jabber users have to call out the emails contacts from microsoft outlook client.

THe contacts will be updated in CRM.will the CRM be syncronised with Outlook client and possible to call out by clicking the contacts on outlook?

DO we need any configuration in CUCM or CRM or Exchange server for this to work?

From the Cisco side, you just need to make sure to have click to call with Jabber working, the Jabber documentation has all the info on this.

The remaining questions are about your CRM and Outlook and how they play together, but that, you would need to ask the CRM vendor or MS.
