Hello,
We are working on the Setup where 2 UCS servers configured for H/W redundancy .
CUCM -> 1 Pubilsher & 2 Subscriber (version 9)
Unity -> 1 Publisher & 1 Subscriber
UCCX -> Primary & Secondary (HA Mode) Version(8.5)
We configured setup on UCS server as below
UCS 1 -> CUCM_PUB ,CUCM_SUB1 , Unity_Pub , UCCX_Primary
UCS 2 ->CUCM_SUB2 , Unity_Sub, UCCX_Secondary
We are facing Issue on UCS 2 with the Memory Leak issue in UCS server Due to which we are not able to access CIMC , On VM also we are all options are Grayed out...for this we Power cycle the H/W & upgrade the firmware post this we check the DB replication for CUCM_Sub2, Unity_Sub & UCCX_Secondary where it is working fine.
During this activity there was no impact on the production as UCS 2 contains all Sub & Secondary node
Here comes the issue
After a Day UCS 1 hardware also showing same issue
1. CIMC not able to access where we are able to ping the IP
2. we are not able to access the VM option after login to the VSphere Client
but applications running in this H/W are working but we are on Toss don't know when this will stop
We asked Local team to take backup of all applications running on UCS 1
but in case Backup was not done what will be our next step when can we do power cycle on UCS1 , then application will do failover & switch to application running on UCS2 which are Secondary
After reboot of UCS 1 (as this is know bug & Power cycle restart is the only option) does the cluster for CUCM ,Unity , UCCX will be normal or we do need any action

Hi Vijay,
For CUCM it is automatic. For CUC and UCCX it is explained in detail for various components in the following links
