Hello All,
To allow IM between users from the same set on different CUPS clusters (same domain), we are trying to configure a intercluster peering but without success, we get "unreachable" message.
We have checked:
- Connectivity between servers is in place
- Recommended ports are open in the FW
- Application user in CUCM matchs with the one set on CUPS, access group and role (AXL) are configured and credentials are correct.
- Sync Agent and Cisco AXL web service are enable.
- XCP Route service has been restarted.
Any idea regarding this issue?
