After reading a number of different articles, bug notes and field notifications, I am still slightly confused with the issues caused by the DST changes.
The majority of articles refer to CUCM and my understanding is that pre v10.5, a COP file upload may be needed if the number of Sundays in March or October changes between years. Post v10.5, a file should be automatically generated on 10th Jan, or when CUCM comes online (unless you are hit with this bug https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/703/fn70394.html) - please correct me if I have misunderstood!
What I cannot find much information on is potential impact on CUC and UCCX. Can anyone advise/point me in the right direction?
