Error transferring the call to external IVR

Hi,

Can you please help us with the below error:-

11782: 10.32.63.147: Jul 28 2015 16:43:49.574 -0500: %CVP_10_5_SIP-3-SIP_CALL_ERROR:  CALLGUID = A58A61000001000000001B74883F200A LEGID = a58a6100-5b71f773-d98a-883f200a - [INBOUND]: Refer failed with 503 - Service Unavailable.
