Please can you advise where can I find out if Finesse which will be running on CUCM v11.5 and using SIP trunks going to our cluster which houses the UCCX v11.5 platform and the CRM being presently used by a customer on a PBX in the Cloud is ACT. I have been trying to find a matrix and having trouble getting a definate answer, even tried the ACT web site but to no avail. Other providers mentioned but not our Cisco Finesse?
This is not even a question on how to implement it but trying to establish if the ACT CRM will work ok with Finesse. There must be some sort o matrix somwhere.
