Hello,
is it possible to foward calls to a specific number if the providers mailbox (e.g. Vodafone Mailbox) gets the call? In this case it would be nice another number gets this call to ensure the phone availability.
We use Cisco Callmanager. There are a lot of call forwards but if the mailbox gets the call, no forwarding would be active.
Many thanks for any help.
Marco

No, if a call goes to your provider's voicemail it is no longer under control of CUCM. One option would be to turn off forward busy/no answer on your provider's line and control all forwarding via CUCM. Check with the provider and see if they have a voicemail number you can forward to rather than having forwarding setup on the line.

Thanks. We contact our provider. That seems the best solution.
