How can to integrate Unity Connection 7.1.3 with Microsoft Exhange 2000?

Anyone know how to make the integration of these platforms so that when someone leaves a voice mail, send a copy to an email account, but check your mail from Microsoft Outlook, and the LED on the phone is turned off.

Hi

The support for integaring Unity Connection which Microsoft Outlook is called Single Inbox.

This feature is available in Unity Connection 8.5. Though support for Microsoft outook 2007 is yet not available, it should be release by Mid-April.

With Unity Connection 7.1.3 the only way to be able to listen to messages via Outlook and have the MWI light on the phone turn off would be to

setup an IMAP connection and view the message that way.  You would need to be licensed for IMAP to use this feature.

If you want messages to show up in your inbox and not have to check another folder, than using the new feature in Unity Connection 8.5 called Single Inbox is what you are looking for.
