how to i create a new entry using extension no. for cisco finesse?

Hi, nvmd.
I manage to resolve this.
1.Associate an extension with a device.
2 Associate a user with that Device.
3.Assign the necessary groups roles Assign standard CCM users and standard CTI control.
4.Associate that phone with the RMCM application user on Call manager that would have been configured on CCX.
