i have built a System Call handler for one site, i setup caller in puts and Uploaded greeting and it working fine
+++but customer Wanted calls to be transfer to an external number and it should be activate manually
for this i created another handler in the name of "closed hours" and enabled transfer to External number , if the alternate or closed greeting enabled calls will flow to external number via "closed hours" call handler.
now the problem is how to toggle between the greetings of a call handler for activating and deactivating them
++ I can not use scheduler as the customer wants to do it Manually
any Ideas ...?

Use the greetings administrtor to toggle between the standard and alternate greetings as required

HI Java,
I Configured the same as below, but customer is saying its long procedure, asking for some short procedure to do it.
For IVR:
1)From landline phone dial 800012
2) Enter Greeting admin id 50003
3) PIN:XXXXX
4) Enter call handler number 161XXXXXX01
5) Enable alternate greeting on Night Shifts and Holidays,
6) Switch to Standard Greeting on Normal Working hours
