I started the CTI Manger service but after some time it becomes not running

i have a cisco cucm 11.0, the CTI Manger service is not running and 

I started it  but after some time it becomes not running.

any help please?

I'd start by pulling the logs from CUCM and analyzing them for clues.

I restarted all the servers but the problem is not resolved.

Did you find no pointers of why the service stops while reviewing the logs?

I did not find great things only error message for registring devices.

and you find bellow an exemple for logs and the cti log is attached.
