Informix database difference between UCCX 10.5 and 8.x

Hi All,

Customer would like to upgrade UCCX 8.x (8.5/8.6) to 10.5.   What's the difference of Informix database between these two version? 

Is there any well-known issue between this two version on UCCX?

We are trying to understand the risk before ugprade.

Do you know any database structure is changed from v8.6 to 10.5?

Yes certainly there are changes to the database structure going from 8.X to 10.X, but there is no such document that will talk about database structural changes. The only information that is published will be about RHEL version or Informix version that was shared by Aman.

UCOS Release 10.0 and Refresh Upgrade

UCCX Release 10.5 runs on the Unified Collaboration Operating System (UCOS) Release 10.0. Older releases of UCCX run on UCOS versions before Release 10.0. UCOS Release 10.0 is based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Release 6, 64-bit and includes these items:

• Java Development Kit (JDK) Release1.7, Update 41
• Tomcat Release 7.0.41
• Python Release 2.6
• Informix Database Release 11.7
