Hi Experts,
Greeting for the day...
i am trying to do the integration with CUCM and CUC with Avaya SM manger for voice mail solution in avaya ip phone
i want to do this integration using SIP trunk
attached is the snapshot for the solution
has anyone done this kind of integration before
need your guidence for the successful integration for voice mail solution in avaya ip phone

If the SIP trunk on Avaya side can support QSIG over SIP then you can do it this way. Otherwise your options are:
1. use TDM QSIG PRI integration between Cisco CUCM and Avaya
2.Another alternative would have been PIMG/TIMG gateway to integrate Avaya PBX to Unity Connection, but these have been discontinued.
