IP phones line text label imported from LDAP automatically

Hi everyone 

Is there any chance to force IP phone take Same user information 

Alerting name and text label from LDAP as I'm syncing cucm with ldap and I associateed the device with user

No. The information sync is for users, this has no correlation with devices or directory numbers.

If you do an initial build of DNs via LDAP integration using a Universal Line Template, what you propose is absolutely a thing. Once the DNs are built, however, there is no way to get that information to automatically populate.

You could, however, do a phone export via BAT, populating the fields you want by copying and modifying "Name" fields, and then doing an overwrite/import. It would not make the process automatic, but would get the data built.

Using Universal Line template  you can add this info while first syncing. Add feature group template on the LDAP directory which contain the Universal Line template and Universal device template. 

If you already synced or created the DN, you can update this using BAT.

Modify the Universal Line template and universal  Device template according you your requirement. 

ADD UDT and ULT to User Profile.

Add above created User profile on Feature Group.

Apply this feature group on LDAP directory.

NOTE:- these settings gets applied during the initial SYNC. Existing details will not be updated.
