If you're a partner, you should be reaching out to pre-sales
If you're an end customer, you should be reaching out to a Cisco partner, as they'll be the ones placing the order for you.

I would be the end user for this, what we need for now is to get the details for the licensing before hand, so when we contact the cisco partner we will have an idea on what to get and wont be wasting time to have it figured out.
Thanks

Hi,
first it makes sense to get familiar with the licensing basics:
I don't know if you can access following Cisco documents, but they go into more detail, hence you could ask your local Cisco partner already specific questions.
If you are entitled to it, the following page is the best starting point from my opinion since it contains all the collaboration ordering guides:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/partners/tools/collaboration-ordering-guides.html
If you are not entitled don't hesitate to contact your local preferred Cisco Partner - they will be able to discuss with you all open topics and inform you about possible special offers which are not part of the standard licensing and ordering guides.
BR,
Christoph
