Hi Olaniyi,

8841

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/collaboration-endpoints/unified-ip-phone-8800-series/datasheet-c78-731638.html

Licensing

The Cisco IP Phone 8841 requires an Enhanced User Connect License (UCL) in order to connect to Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

8851

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/collaboration-endpoints/unified-ip-phone-8800-series/datasheet-c78-731667.html

Licensing

The Cisco IP Phone 8851 requires an Enhanced User Connect License (UCL) in order to connect to Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

I am assuming you are using Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 if so

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/collaboration-endpoints/unified-ip-phone-8800-series/data_sheet_c78-726887.html

Licensing

The Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 requires an Enhanced User Connect License (UCL) on Cisco UCM Versions 9.0 and later. For supported Cisco UCM versions before 9.0, a public space license is required.
