Migration Licence requirement from CUCM 7.1.3 to 11

Hello,

I have to migrate my CUCM Ver 7.1.3 to version 11 from MCS to BE6000M server.

The LCU report is below. but after migration we have to add more 79xx series phones and total count of the IP Phones after migration will be 250 Nos ( 250 users). I understand 79XX uses enhanced user licences in CUCM Ver 11.

Here is my question

What is the maximum enhanced user licenses i can avail after migration as per my LCU report by just providing SWSS contract and migration licenses.

How many new licenses with SWSS contract require to make 250 valid enhanced users.

Since we are purchasing BE6K server for migration should we still use startup bundle offer of 25 user licenses, though we are migrating. or is the startup license bundle only applicable to new users ?.
