Missing data in Prime Collaboration

Hello,

We have CUCM 9.1.2 (3 Nodes), Prime Collaboration 9.5.

After integration between them with HTTPS, SNMP, CDR, AXL, we can see that the discovery process is completed and the servers are managed,

But none of the objects have any information to show, no phone data or topology view  (stuck when loading). All objects are with "no data available"

Licenses installed (Permanent) and the server was reinstalled but the results are the same.

What could be the reason for that? Is there any option to take logs to analyze it?

Hi,

 PCA 9.5 is out of date now. I suggest to give a fresh start with 10.6.

I had the same issue with the version 10.5 and Cisco TAC recommended the upgrade to the 10.6.1. After upgrade everything started to work. Since the version 11 is way better I suggest you to upgrade directly to it.
