MoH and Analog phone

Here is the setup:

CUCM 8.6

Cisco ATA 187 (SIP)

Panasonic anaolog phone

MoH is configured and working properly on all Cisco phones, however when we place a call on hold from our Panasonic analog phones we get silence, causing the other end to hang up. Our there any known issues with this set up and if so does anyone have a solution.

How are you putting the call on hold?

If you are using a Hold button on the phone, try to flash the hook and see if the caller then gets Music. If you put the call on hold successfully via the hook flash I think you sould get a stutter dial-tone.

Also verify that your analog lines are in the correct device groups and Media resource groups.
