Moving Unity from a single box and domain to a new domain

I am currently running Unity 4.0 on a single box with it own domain. When it was installed the company was using squirrel mail. The company is now using Exchange 2003. What is the best way to move the unity to the new domain and have it use the new domains exchange server?

You will have to install a new Unity server in your new domain connected to the Exchange 2003 server and then restore a DiRT backup onto it from your old server to move your user/messages info.
