Yes, just make sure you understand how this works. Unity isn't doing the rednering of documents - we use the application registered to handle that particular document type to print it to a TIF file using an ImageMaker product's TIF driver - so if you have a .DOC file and you have Word installed (not supported by TAC by the way) and it prints out non English documents properly, then the fax conversion to TIF will do the same thing. There is no special processing done by Unity along these lines - any included files are simply processed by handing them off to the ImageMaker application which uses the OS to find an application registered for the document type and printing it out.
