Anybody providing 3rd party application to Finesse REST and XMPP that have successfully deployed at V12.6.1 but hit problems uplifting to 12.6.2? Our proxy connects to REST okay with the application appearing to authenticate correctly but our agent doesn't send us anything back via the XMPP port. Works fine on 12.6.1 but same software doesn't subscribe to 12.6.2. Anyone else encountered that and resolved it?
