PCP 11.2 Extension Mobility error - the specified URL was not found

Hello,

when I do provisioning of a Extension Mobility access device that has the Exntension Mobility service subscription assigned to it the probisioning job ends in hold state with error message:

"Error adding User Device Profile. IPT-0500: Object Not Valid - - Item not valid: The specified URL was not found "

The service name and URL is identical to that that was assigned to the CUCM processor and the service subscription in the extension mobility access template is chosen from the drop-down menu. Has anyone an idea what goes wrong?

Hi Juergen,

The URL's need to be the same on PCP and CUCM and you need to perform an Infrastructure sync as well.

Hello Manish,

you are right. after infrastructure sync the drop-down menu in extension mobility acces device's service URL contains '&EMCC=#EMCC#', that was missing before.
