Presence Assigned users vs Active users 10.5 +

Hello All,

Could somebody explain to me the clear meaning of Active Users when HA is enabled in CUCM ?

I have some clusters where the the assigned and active values are different, in fact there is always 1 less active user than what is shown on the assigned users. This is always on the IMP pub node.

HA is showing as status normal and all is functioning correctly.
