re-prompt greeting on unanswered consult transfer

I am looking for a way to replay the greeting or insert a delay before executing it on an unanswered call from a consult tranfer.

In clear, it is for a call center agent who is in line with a customer. The agent wants to carry out a consult transfer. If the recipient does not answer, the call is routed to the mailbox. However, when the agent completes the forwarding to the recipient's mailbox so that the client can leave a voice message, the greeting has already started. So the client misses the beginning of the greeting, which has to confuse.
