Real Time monitoring of Voice traffic over the WAN

Hi,

One of my customer needs a real time monitoring solution, where he can capture the Call quality with MoS ,Voice Packet drops, delays occuring in the network for vocie traffic.

Can anyone suggest a tool which can provide all this information with analysis. CUCM deployment is in Multisite centralized call processing model.

What you need is call Cisco Operation Manager. It can give you statistic about MOS, voice packet, real usefull information...
