Resetting password

I've got an employee who has forgotten her voicemail password and can't access her messages.  Our IT guy just left, and we don't have anyone who really knows what to do.  We just want to reset the password, or recover it and change it if possible!  Can anyone PLEASE help?

You did not mention what voicemail platform you are running, is it Unity, Unity Connection or Unity Express?

In either case you need administative access to the application in order to reset the password.

If you can get that then we can walk your through the steps to reset it.
