SAML not work After Upgrade from Cucm 12.5 SU7a to 14 SU3

when i try to login cucm i accept this error : 

Description: http.500

RuntimeException java.lang.NullPointerException  

Root Cause: NullPointerException    

 i the DEGUG logs of saml  i see only one error with out specific details :

I don't know if this is related, but I have had issues with LDAP integrations after 12.5 to 14 upgrades when the password for the LDAP service account was a long one. I forget if long is >12 characters or longer. In any case, re-entering the password post-upgrade resolved it in that case.
