Hello
I have a CUCM with a SIP Trunk pointing to the IP of Asterisk of the other side, and also that Asterisk has a SIP Trunk pointing to the IP of my CUCM where We used to make calls from one side to another without problems for some months but since 2 weeks ago the side of Asterisk call call any phone of my side and they see SIP OPTION 500 related to the IP of my CUCM and also they have and announce "Channel unavailable" and Nobody of my side and also nobody of their side made changes...
So what is SIP OPTION 500? I found that is Internal Error but Internal Error Where his cental asterisk or my CUCM? We can make calls to their side but they can't to my side. It is really weird
