SPA504G dosen´t ask for FAC

Hi everyone, i configured spa504g pones into a callmanger 9.1 by Advanced SIP template, but its dosen´t respect teh FAC when a user types a numbers that requieres one

Do other phone models get a FAC tone when they dial the same number?

Yes other models do work but not SPA models, we have cisco6900 series and works perfectlly

Hi Alonzo,

If there are other IP phones which are able to invoke FAC ( specially those running SIP firmware ) then there is not much that can be done, as SPA phones do not have a list of supported / guaranteed features with cucm.
