SSO recovery URL enabled but not rendered

Hi,

I've configured SSO with OpenAM 13 successfully but now I'm not able to logging into CUCM Administrator WEB page. 

When I call CUCM Web page 3 links rendered and when I call 'Cisco Unified Communications Manager' login fields not rendered - I will be redirected to 'https://CUCM_HOST/ccmadmin/ssoLogoff.jsp' and I get this message:

    "Logout successful. Please close the browser to exit the current application."

I've found an option here:  using recovery URL.

Documentation explains how to use it. I've activated SSO recovery URL in Admin CLI but it's not displayed on start page.

One strange thing is here.

If I show sso status in CLI (utils sso status) it seems to be disabled even SSO works (I can login into SelfCare page with AciveDirectory users) and I cannot disable SSO with 'utils sso disable' since i get message: 'SSO already disabled for all apps'.

So I'm stucked now.

I've forgot providing some information:

CUCM version:

    Active Master Version: 11.5.1.11900-26

Additional information:

Presence also installed and it's very strange that SSO and recovery URL works on Presence but not on CUCM.

So presence server can be configured but I cannot access administration of CUCM
