We are a third-party application that currently is able to collect CDRs via FTP/SFTP from the CUCM (CDR on Demand) and to block specific devices defined in the CUCM (based on configured calling search spaces) via AXL API.
My question is, if a customer will migrate from the classic CUCM solution to the HCS (Hosted Collaboration Solution) and the current CUCM will be defined and synchronize with the CUCDM (Cisco Unified Communication Domain Manager), will we be able to do the same actions just communicating with the CUCM without having any point of contact with the CUCDM interface? If not, what are the steps that we need to fulfil in order to do that?
