UCCE ECE Web Chat - Corporate Web integration- how to??

Hello,

Checking the ECE Web 11.5 documentation, I couldn't find how is it integrated with customer web site.

It is going to be at DMZ as well but how to do the integration?

Has the corporate web site has a link to a URL of ECE Web Chat ?

Any help will be appreciate.
