Hi all

I have tried to load the latest 2016 TMZ cop file as below and it fails:

Unsuccessfully installed ciscocm.dst-updater-tzdata-2016c-el5-9.1.2.cop

According to the readme doc you have to have RTMTTz installed which is highlighted in the output below:

VMware Installation:

        2 vCPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 0 @ 2.70GHz

        Disk 1: 110GB, Partitions aligned

        6144 Mbytes RAM

Hi,

(a). Did you perform a restart of the server after the installation of ciscocm.RTMTTz-updater.2015g-el5-00.9.1.2.cop.sgn COP file? If not then please reboot and upload the DST file.

(b). Please check if you have this COP file installed on all of the nodes followed by a reboot.

(c).  Set the SELinux mode to permissive and try uploading both the cop files again as per the procedure.

you can change the SELinux mode by:

Utils os secure permissive

Hi Aseem

Thanks for the quick response. The RTMTTz file was placed on the server with the 2015g tmz file so was already in place. I will check the "permissive" command and retry.

Thanks and will let you know the outcome

Simon

Loaded the 2016.d file no issue..?
