Unity Connection 11.0.1.22900-14 Y can not download and Upload Record

Hi if I try to activate the media app in greetings to play, download and upload records it gives me a java error. 

 

I try to use Audiotext Manager from http://www.ciscounitytools.com following the instructions here. http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/ATM/Help/ConnectionAudiotextManager.htm including install IBM Sdk.

 

But when I try to login try to login on the server I have this error.

 

Connection to Remote Server Failed: ERROR [HY000] [Informix ODBC Driver] [Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]System error occurred in network function.

 

I'm using windows 10

 

Is there another way to manage the records in Unity 11?

Hello,

 

look into the ODBC 32-bit/64-bit ( https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/unified-communications/odbc-connection-to-informix-will-not-connect/td-p/2571407 )

 

Anyhow Why Java is failing is another thing, Java fails mainly because it treats the website as not trusted website , Try the following 

1) Add the Unity Tomcat Certificate to the Trusted Root certificate on your windows 

2) Add the Unity website on the Trusted websites on Java Configuration - ControlPanel

3) Decrease the Security or add the site as trusted website on your IE
