Hi,
We need to maximize the 24 ports of Unity Connection in BE6000. Currently, we can only configure up to 8 ports.
I found that this is a bug in Unity Connection. Just want to verify if this is true also if the below link will solve the problem:

No, the changing of the CPU on the BE6K is not supported.
You are running into a defect - CSCud86448
You have two choices, get patch from Cisco TAC or download and install a COP file.
The COP file is called License Patch COP file and can be found here -

I can't access https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/collaboration-voice-video/unified-comm-application/blog/2013/04/17/unity-connection-911-unable-to-create-more-than-8-ports though.
