Upgrade CUCM/CUC/CCX/IMPP from 10.0 to 11.5

How easy is it to upgrade a cluster with PCD from 10.0 to 11.5? I have never used PCD and heard its essentially a one click solution. CCX woudl still be done via CLI I am assuming.

The only basic difference between a manual upgrade and a PCD upgrade, is that PCD will load the ISO to the virtual machine, and kick start the upgrade (and you can schedule when this happens).

Any other tasks, adjust VM settings, install COP files, etc.

Have to be done manually, or for example install COP files, requires additional upgrade tasks to be configured.

Then I guess I will do it manually then. Not really worth the time to install and configure PCD if its not required to go from 10.0 to 11.5.
