Hello,
I just upgrade be6k from vmware 5.0.0 to 6.0u2
I plan to upgrade cucm/cup/cuc from 9.1 to 11.5
I would like to know if I need to upgrade virtual machine hardware from 8 to 11??
What are benefits/risks balance ?
Thank you!!

Hello Jaime,
I read this page and all other docs related, but no advice about changing VMVersion when changing ESXi version.

Ok I guess Cisco will not ask for 4000GB memory in its VM. Uh, finally I'm not sure....
So I will keep backward compatibility with vm8 version, because I don't want change hardware for fun, Vxnet3 adapter is enough deep change for today.
Thanks.
