Webex via Jabber

Hello everybody!

I have an issue with join to webex meeting using jabber. I can successfully enter in jabber and create meeting, but when I try to invite other persons in my meeting(right-click on group and then "meet now") they receive notification about meeting and after they click "join" they get an error: "meeting site is not available try again later".

I also found that there is a bug according to this symptom

but this bug exist in iOS devices, and there is a common pc win7 in my case.

Do you got some solution here?

I'm facing the same problem with right click on a Jabber user with "Meet Now".

This on all part of devices (Win&MAC/iOS).

Webex is the cloud solution.

Webex TAC is still now not much of a help.

Never had this issue before, but it would be best if you can share with us the logs from your station.

Try to do this action again, and right after you get this error,  go to Cisco Jabber, and: Settings -> Help -> Report a Problem. Then select "Meetings", as it is what we want to fetch, and "Save" the report. Maybe we'll find something interesting over there. Probably some networking / firewall issue if I had to guess.

At the moment I'm not able to login the Cloud Webex Meeting through jabber,

so I have to fix this one (TAC) before I can collect the logs.
