I have ucs c 210/ I am running windows 2008r2 sp1 that is my dhcp server . I have several vlans 10,20 90 110.

The server is in vlan 90 and so is the ESX-I .   if I set the endpoint for vlan 90 DHCP works, if I set it to any other vlan it fails  wireshark shows , 4 DHCP requests , then 4 discovers , then the pc defaults to a 169.x.x.x IP address.

Any ideas????

Have you configured the helper-address in those vlans?? And I would assume you already have inter-vlan routing working, correct???

this is not really a VoIP question, this is basic networking and DHCP, might want to move this to other area.
