B200 M5 Memory Population

I am repurposing a B200 M5.

The server has 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors

I have 2 x 64GB and 2 x 32GB DIMMS.

Referring to the Cisco UCS C220/C240/B200 M5 Memory Guide, I'm not sure what is the preferred method of populating memory.

Should the 64GB DIMMs be installed in DIMM slot A1 and G1 and the 32GB DIMMs installed in B1 and H1

or

64GB DIMMs installed in DIMM slot A1 and G1 and the 32GB DIMMs installed in A2 and G2?

Thanks in advance for assistance.

I think either will function.

My recommendation is:

64GB DIMMs installed in DIMM slot A1 and G1
32GB DIMMs installed in DIMM slot B1 and H1

This layout will provide more memory bandwidth as more channels are utilized (A and B and G and H) as opposed to only two channels (A and G).
