A backup type of config-logical will cover the items like pools, service profiles, etc
However, you can't selectively restore just a specific service profile. A restore, will restore everything.
This may not be an issue, if the only thing that changed is just the accidental deletion of a service profile, but you need to keep in mind that doing the config-logical restore can roll back other changes that occurred after the last logical-config backup was taken.
