Hi,
I just purchased some new hard disks (total: 5 x 500GB HDs) and plugged to C220 M3S server, which is running the BIOS version as C220M3.2.0.1b.0 (Build Date: 05/26/2014). I cannot select the option as RAID 10 on the below photo. Any idea?

Hi,
I just changed 4 x HDs, but it still is no option on RAID 10.

Greetings.
You actually need to create several raid 1' drive groups, and then add them to a 'span'; you will then get the raid 10 option.
There are some notes about the raid 10 creation at http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/sw/raid/configuration/guide/RAID_GUIDE.pdf
Raid 10 takes a few extra steps, as you can't just select your batch of drives and directly add to a raid 10, without first creating your raid1 sets.
Thanks,
Kirk
