Convert sff to lff

Hello I was recently given a ucs C240 m3 sff server and was wondering if the front drive carriage assembly could be swapped out to convert it to lff? I have plenty of spare 3.5in drives and would really really like to not have to spend a ton of money getting large cap 2.5in drives.
