iscsi teaming windows 2012r2 service profile

hi I have a  2012r2 server with 8 vnics configured

vnic0, vnic1 ----> management

vnic2,3 -----> iscsi1

vnic4,5 -----> iscsi2

each nic goes to different fabric.

In order to get redundancy and failover, do I team these nics up for iscsi in windows? or should i just use 1 nic per fabric and do mpio?

I am not sure how many nics to use for failover and redundancy for iscsi in 2012

any ideas?
