Is there provision to connect an external USB modem on a B200M3 Server ? Can the dongle take in a USB modem ?

If the USB device is physically connected to the USB port/Dongle, any USB device should work. I've personally not tested a USB modem, but there's nothing I know of that would stop this from working.
