I am in the process of migrating our voice suite from cisco to a 3rd party phone provider and am looking for tools to help identify call handlers in use and export them efficiently. Currently we have a Unity configuration that is outdated and many of the call handlers are not in use. Are there any ways to see what is being used, which DID it is associated to, Caller input options, and export them for an easy migration?
