Help with Sip configuration for Cisco IP Phone SPA525G

Hi all,

I'm trying to SIP configure the 525G. My sip provider is voice pulse. I can make calls on the phone but can't recieve any. I know network is good because I have a x-lite software sip client that works. It seems from data dumps the phone is failing at "407 Proxy Authentication Required".  Has anyone seen this before.

Wayne,

If you're saying that an incoming call is challenged by your phone then look for the "Auth INVITE" setting and change this to No or disable. This is probably on the SIP line tab, but can't remember without looking...
