UC560 - BLF - free/busy/ringing status

Hi,

I know this has been asked already but maybe there is some progress on this problem. Client of ours needs to be able to monitor the ringing status of the phone and be able to pickup a call straight from the sitecar. Based on the below post monitoring of ringing status is not possible. Only free and busy is possible.

Has something changed in the meantime? Is there any PC software which could be used for receptionist to achive that functionality? Is cisco planning to add this feature to CME?

I forgot to add that we use SPA504 phones + SPA500S site car. Those phones provide this functionality using sip but not spcp

Hello Konrad,

I believe Smart CallConnector Advanced client and Operator version (PC software) have this feature.

Also if the line is a shared line it will show when it is ringing. Monitor, watch and BLF will indicate only red when phone is ringing with the UC and in SCCP.
