ASA5512 max VPN connection

I have a 5512-x pair in Active Standby that is used for both AnyConnect VPN sessions for users and also @ 40 IIPSec/L2TP VPN tunnels for remote sites.

The Documentation for the 5512 states that it can handle 250 IPSec tunnels and 250 AnyConnect sessions - is that cumulative?  

Disregarding performance, do the 40 IPSec tunnels reduce the 250 AnyConnect capacity on a 5512 when all are active?

Yes, These are cumulative as IPSec and Anyconnect works on differently

No, As IPsec and Anyconnect capacity is cumulative, IPSec will not reduce the 250 Anyconnect capacity.
